This is a meta-methodology book about "how to learn pickup" — the author argues most people fail because they learn the wrong way, chasing dogma and trying to absorb too much at once, and that anxiety and basic social normalcy must be addressed before technique.

Review

Its critique of chaos in the PUA industry and of "information overload" is fairly clear-eyed, and its theory of learning is transferable to general skill acquisition, but its underlying goals remain within the PUA framework, and it contains a fair amount of self-promotional marketing.
